Visit the Australian Post website. Once there, look for the option that says “Money & insurance”.

Then, hover your mouse cursor over this option to reveal a dropdown menu. When you see the dropdown menu, locate the option “prepaid cards” in it.

Then click on that option. So, on that page, scroll down to find the Australia Post Travel Platinum Mastercard®.

Then click on the “learn more” button right next to it. After that, select your title (Mr., Mrs., etc), enter your first and last names, and also your email address. Then, click on “get started” to continue with the application.

After that, select the currencies you would like to load onto your card and click on “next”. Then, you must provide some basic info to secure your card and confirm your identity.

So enter your date of birth, your mother’s maiden name, your phone number and home address to receive your Australia Post Travel Platinum Mastercard®.

Then scroll down and select how you would like to verify your identity and whether you pay tax outside of Australia.

After filling in all the information, click on “next”. The page will then turn into an identity verification page. 

Enter all the information the website requires and click on “verify these details. After that you will go to the payment page where you must make the payment to load your card. This is the last step.

Congratulations! You have finished your Australia Post Travel Platinum Mastercard® application.
