After that, you will arrive at the card’s page. Now, click on “view card details”.  This will take you to a page with more information about the card. 

Make sure the card matches your expectations, and once you are ready, click on “apply now”. With that you will arrive at the application form page.

Fill in your first and last name, email address, and your phone number. You must also select your phone type before clicking on “continue”.

Then, on the next page, enter your street address, city, state and zipcode. After that, click on continue, and on the next page enter your residence status and monthly housing payment. 

You must also enter your total annual net income, date of birth, and social security number. After that, hit “continue” one more time – you’re one step closer to the Bloomingdale’s American Express® Card.

Now take a moment to double-check the information you have provided and, if everything is correct, click no “continue” once again.

On the next page you will have access to the Account Terms & Details. Make sure you read through the extensive document.

Then, if you agree, check the boxes at the end of the document and click on “submit application”. 

That’s it! You have finished the Bloomingdale’s American Express® Card application. You should receive a decision in seconds, and if you are approved, you will receive your card in a few business days.

Then all you have to do is activate it and you are ready to go!
