On Chase’s main page, find the “Credit Cards” icon and click on it. Then, hit the tabe “Card Brands” and select the “Chase Sapphire” option.

On the next page, scroll down to find the Chase Sapphire Reserve, and click on the button that says “Learn more”.

Now you have the option of either signing in to apply faster, or apply as a guest. For simplicity, we have chosen to apply as a guest, but you can do what you find more convenient.

Once you click to apply as a guest, you will arrive on the application form page. Enter your personal info with first and last name and date of birth.

You must also provide your mother’s maiden name and your Social Security Number.

Keep scrolling and fill in your address information, provide an email address and a phone number.

Check the box to provide your electronic signature. This will authorize the Social Security Administration to disclose your social security number verification.

Then, inform your type of residence, employment status and gross annual income.

You also have the option of receiving your billing digitally instead of through mail, as well as the option of adding an authorized user.

Almost there! Scroll down a bit more and read the pricing and terms document on the page. If you agree with the terms, check the box, hit submit, and you are done!
