The card allows you to easily and instantly transfer money to family and friends, schedule kids allowance in advance, and receive direct deposits.

The card does not carry a lot of fees. There is an annual subscription fee which costs $36 per teen. When you activate the account you have a 30-day free trial, and if you choose to keep the card, the fee applies automatically each year from then on. 

There are only two additional fees which you incur in the event of an international trip where your teenager uses the card. There is a $3 international ATM fee and a 3% international transaction fee.

Local ATM withdrawals do not incur any fees from the Current Visa debit card. There might, however, be a fee from the bank.
