If applying from your desktop computer, go to PenFed’s website and locate the “Credit Cards” option at the top of the page. You can find it right between “Checking & Savings” and “Auto”.

Once you run your mouse over “Credit Cards”, it will reveal a dropdown menu. There you must click on “Credit Cards Overview”.

Now, on the next page, scroll down to find the PenFed Pathfinder® Rewards Visa Signature® card. Once you have found it, click the “Apply Now” button in front of it. 

The website will offer you the option of logging in or simply applying. For simplicity, we are going to click on “Apply Now” to just apply without logging in. This will take you to the application form.

Now, if you are applying from your mobile phone, the first part of the process may be a little different. First, go to PenFed’s webpage and tap the “Credit Cards” option at the bottom right corner of the page. 

After that, scroll down and locate the PenFed Pathfinder® Rewards Visa Signature® card.

Once you have found it, click the “Apply Now” button below it, and then click on “Apply Now” again to start filling in the application form.

First, enter your first and last name, your Social Security Number, and your date of birth. Then, on the next field, enter your mobile number and email address.

Further below, enter your employment and income details. This includes employment status, total annual income and military status.

You may also add an authorized user at this point and choose to transfer a balance or not.

Next, you can opt for PenFed’s debt protection product. After that, the issuer will show you its disclosures and notices.

Read those, and once done with it, check the first box to electronically sign and authorize the Social Security Administration to provide your SSN verification.

You must also check the second box to confirm you have read, understood and accepted the disclosures on that page. Then click on “next” to continue to the security interest form.

Click on “sign doc”, and finally click on “submit application”. Congratulations, you are done!
