The first is for those applying from their mobile device, while the second is for those applying from their desktop computer.

To acquire the Susan G. Komen® Customized Cash Rewards credit card, you should start by going to Bank of America’s website. 

From the available options, choose “credit cards”, which will redirect you to a new page. There you’ll see various options such as “featured”, “cash back”, and “travel rewards”. 

Use the sideways-pointing arrow to browse through these options until you find the “cash back” option, and then click on it.

After that, scroll down the page until you locate the Susan G. Komen® Customized Cash Rewards credit card. To begin the application process, click on the “Apply Now” button located just below the card details.

Go to Bank of America’s website and locate the “Credit Cards” option. You can find it between “Savings” and “Home Loans” on the top left of the page. 

Click on it to access the dropdown menu, and select “Cash Back Credit Cards” from the options available.

Scroll down the page until you find the Susan G. Komen® Customized Cash Rewards credit card. Then, click on the nearby “Apply Now” button to initiate the application process.

Enter your first and last name, along with your residential address. Then, provide your phone number (home or mobile) and email address. Click “save and continue” to move to the next page.

On the next page, specify your citizenship status. For U.S. citizens, enter your Social Security Number. If you are not a U.S. citizen, choose your country of citizenship, country of residence, and date of birth. Click “save and continue” to proceed.

Enter your occupation, annual income, source of income, and monthly housing payment (if applicable). Decide whether you want to transfer a balance or add a cardholder. Click “save and continue” to proceed.

On the next page, read through the card’s complete terms and conditions. Confirm that you have reviewed them by checking the box, and then select “save and continue”.

On the following page, review your information to ensure accuracy. Finally, click “Submit my application” to complete the process.
