Applying for the Citi® Secured Mastercard® Card is simple, and it only takes a few minutes of your time. The first step is to head over to Citi’s official website. Then, click on “credit cards” and “view all credit cards” on the top menu.
Scroll down until you see the Citi® Secured and click on “apply now”. Now you’ll have to provide them with some personal and financial information about yourself. Write down everything correctly and double check to make sure it all checks out.
Enter how much you’d wish to deposit as your credit line and scroll down to read their Terms & Conditions.
Check all the necessary boxes and, finally, click on “agree and submit”. Citi will review your application immediately and you may get a response in just 60 seconds.
If you’re approved, you’ll need to fund your security deposit and wait for Citi to issue your card.
The card should then arrive at your address within a few business days and you can activate it online or by calling customer services.
