With this card, you can earn 1% cash back on all your purchases. Plus, 3% cash back on eligible gas, grocery, and utility purchases and payments, making it an ideal choice for everyday spending.
- Credit Score: You can apply for the Aspire® Card even with a bad score.
- APR: The standard variable APR for this card is between 22.74% and 36%.
- Annual Fee: $49 – $175 during the first year, then $0 – $49 every year thereafter.
- Fees: Monthly maintenance fee starting the second year of card membership between $5 and $12,50. One-time authorized user fee of $19. 3% balance transfer fee, $5 or 5% cash advance fee, 3% foreign transaction fee. Up to $41 on late and returned payments.
- Welcome bonus: There’s no current offer.
- Rewards: 3% cash back on eligible gas, grocery, and utility purchase and payments. 1% back on all other eligible purchases of goods and services and payments.
You can pre-qualify without impacting your score, and have free access to your VantageScore 3.0 credit score from Equifax.
That way you can keep track of your progress and make sure you’re using the card responsibly.

Issued by The Bank of Missouri, Member FDIC, the Aspire® Cash Back Reward Card offers international Mastercard® coverage for online and in-person shopping.
The card charges an annual fee between $49 and $175 based on your creditworthiness during the first year.
On the second year of card membership, that fee drops significantly between $0 and $49. However, it’s joined by a monthly maintenance fee between $5 and $12,50.
While that might seem too much, you can soften the blow by maximizing your cash back rewards.
With this card, you can earn up to 3% cash back on eligible gas, grocery and utility purchases – an unbeatable bonus rate!
Additionally, you’ll receive 1% cash back on all other eligible purchases and payments.
