It is not the most benefits-rich card you will find, but for a student card, it delivers convenient perks.

The application process for this card is super simple, and it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete. Once you are done, approval comes out within a few minutes.

So keep your personal and contact info at hand, and let’s get this done. 

On Deserve’s website, scroll down about a fifth of the scroll bar until you find a section with six dots below it and an arrow on each side.

Then, click the arrow on the right a few times until you find the Deserve® EDU Mastercard for Students. 

You can tell you have found it when you see the words “Build your credit”. Below these words is a button that says “learn more”. Click that button.

When you arrive at the card’s page, you have the option of signing in or straight up applying. We will simply click “Apply” to continue with the application.

The website will show you the option “I am a student” on the next page. Click on that option, and then specify whether you are from the U.S. or from abroad.

Then, enter your email address and click “Next”. Now, enter your first and last name, hit “Next” once again, and enter your residential address. Once you hit “Next”, you must enter your birth date.

Then hit “Next” one more time, enter your Social Security number and click “See results”. If you pre-qualify for the Deserve® EDU Mastercard for Students, the website will allow you to continue. Click on “Continue Application”.

On the next page, confirm your address information, enter your phone number and check the box to authorize Deserve to deliver periodic automated SMS messages to your number.

Now scroll down and enter your academic and financial information. Then check the boxes at the bottom to confirm you agree with the terms, and click “Continue”.

Now all you have to do is review your information and if everything is correct, click “Submit”. You are done! Wait for the response to see if you got the Deserve® EDU Mastercard for Students card.
