JetBlue Card: how does it work?
The JetBlue Card has a lot of potential for you if you are a JetBlue customer who does not want to pay an annual fee. Beware, though, that other airline cards may offer more benefits.
For example, this card does not offer free checked bags, and its welcome bonus is not that substantial. Other cards may offer a large enough bonus for you to cover the cost of a round-trip flight.
In spite of that, this card has its advantages. It earns rewards at a high rate both in some everyday spending categories and on JetBlue purchases.
If you are looking for premium perks, you must be willing to pay a fee, and for that purpose there are more suitable cards.
However, for frequent JetBlue flyers who do not want to pay an annual fee this card can bring good benefits.
Besides earning 3 TrueBlue points per dollar on purchases you make directly with JetBlue Airways, you will earn 2 TrueBlue points per dollar at restaurants and grocery stores.
You will also earn 1 TrueBlue point per dollar on all other purchases, and you can redeem your points on JetBlue or its partner airline Hawaiian Airlines.
Not to mention the ability to redeem your points for vacation packages and even donate them to charity.
