The J.P. Morgan Reserve Card is available exclusively to J.P.’s wealthiest customers.
To emphasize this card’s exclusivity, the bank has decided to make it out of a rare and valuable metal: Palladium.
As of December 2022, palladium is trading at $61.73 per gram. The card weighs around 27 grams.
So if you have the J.P. Morgan Reserve Card, you are carrying a $1.600+ piece of metal in your pocket. This serves as a hint at how exclusive this card is.
To become eligible even to get this card, you need to be a J.P. Morgan Private Banking customer with at least $10 million in liquid cash or investable assets under J.P.’s management.
Be careful not to mistake J.P Morgan Private Banking for Chase Private Client. The Chase Private Client has a much lower threshold than that of J.P.
Once you have placed at least $10 million in J.P.’s hands, you should receive an invitation for the J.P. Morgan Reserve Card.

Why have all that money in a single bank?
You might wonder why someone would keep $10 million at a single bank when they could spread it and get offers for exclusive financial products from multiple banks.
The truth is, when you have that kind of money in a single financial institution, it raises your status within that institution.
That is when you start enjoying the best part of private banking, which is being a personal banker.
A personal banker gives you access to a level of banking very few people will ever experience.
You will have personalized assistance to help you with virtually any question regarding banking products and services.
How do I receive my card?
The card comes in a beautiful silver box whose inside has a soothing leather-like texture. This gives the package just the right presentation for such an exclusive product.
In the package, you will find a nice brochure with a full presentation and description of the card, along with the card’s terms and conditions.
