American Airlines’ exclusive lounges are available for holders of the AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® with up to two guests. They are also available for annual or lifetime Admirals Club members, AirPass members and ConciergeKey members with Admirals Club privileges. Passengers flying on the following flights also have lounge access: Qualifying business or first class routes, Oneworld Emerald elites, Sapphire elites, and American Airlines elites (whether Executive Platinum, Platinum Pro or Platinum). Military personnel in uniform are included in the list.

Besides giving you access to an Admirals Club lounge membership, the AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® also extends the benefit to 10 additional people. There is no charge for adding all the 10 authorized users to your account. Authorized users have access to all Admirals Clubs even if they are flying individually. Not only does the AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® not charge you a fee for adding users, but you can also bring two guests with you free of charge when entering Admirals Club lounges.

To qualify for an upgrade to the AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard® you must have an invitation code and an existing Citi account in which you are the primary cardmember. By accessing the Citi Card Upgrade page you can submit an upgrade request. In the request you are going to have to input your invitation code which you can find has been printed on your targeted invitation. You must also fill in your last name, the last for digits of your Social Security Number, and a ZIP Code for billing.
