“My Profile” is BlueBird’s section of your online account where you will be able to manage your profile information, account and account settings. You can access “My Profile” either online or using the BlueBird mobile app. To access “My Profile” online, log in to your BlueBird account, then locate “My Profile” near the bottom left corner menu. You will be able to see the icon right next to it. If you want to access “My Profile” through the BlueBird app, you must log in to your account, tap the “My Profile” option at the lower right corner of your screen. You will find the icon located right above it.
