With mobile check deposits, however, if you would like to have immediate access to funds, there is a 1% or 5% fee on the value of the check (or a minimum of $5). Bluebird2Walmart Money Transfer powered by Ria incurs a $4 fee for transfers up to $50, $8 for transfer from $50.01 to $1,000, and $16 for transfers from $1,000.01 to $2,500. Out-of-network ATM withdrawals incur a $2.50 fee. Als, Cash Pickup powered by Ria at Walmart incurs a $3 fee per withdrawal of up to $500, $6 per withdrawal of $500.01 to $1,000, and $9 per withdrawal of $1,000.01 to $2,900.
