Tomo is a charge card aimed to help keep your credit utilization low with a weekly auto pay feature. TomoCredit does not perform any credit checks on new applications and reviews other financial information such as your bank account balance and income. For those reasons, you’ll need to link a checking, savings or business account to get the card.

Unlike most credit cards for people with low or no credit scores, you won’t have to pay any fees in order to have a Tomo Card. TomoCredit does not charge any interest, maintenance or annual fees.

During the first three months of card membership, TomoCredit deducts your weekly balance from your linked bank account. Then, the company reports those payments to the three main credit bureaus in the country (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion), which in turn will help you improve your current score.

No. TomoCredit does not perform any hard inquiries on their credit card applications. So even if your request is denied, you won’t have to worry about any damage to your current credit rating. As a matter of fact, you can apply even if you don’t have a credit score.

There is no predetermined spending credit with the Tomo Card. TomoCredit will decide on an initial spending limit between $100 and $10,000 based on a number of factors like your account balance, your income and your spending habits.
