Now, it’s time to fill out the form to apply for the Wells Fargo Reflect℠ credit card. First, inform the website whether you are already a Wells Fargo Online® customer.
Then, enter your first and last name, along with your birthdate, Social Security Number, country of citizenship, and mother’s maiden name.
After that, scroll down and fill in your contact information. This includes your home address, city, state, and ZIP code. You must also provide an email address and a mobile phone number.
Then, scroll further down and enter your financial information, which includes housing status, monthly mortgage or rent, and employment status.
You may also need to specify your occupation, employer name, and total annual income.
Further below, you will find some card options rather than the Wells Fargo Reflect℠ credit card. You can check the box to add an authorized user. Then, scroll down and review their terms and disclosures.
At the very end of the page, check the boxes to confirm you authorize the Social Security Administration to verify and disclose your information and agree to the institution’s Certifications.
Now, click “Submit”, and you are done! Within seconds the website will review your application and verify some information before they make a decision.
