This form asks for simple information, like your name, birthday, full address, and phone. Fill out this entire form, and you’ll soon get your answer from PCB. You’ll have to place a security deposit to set your credit limit.
The annual fee will be deducted from your card balance in the first month. So, your initial credit limit will be your deposit minus $39.
