Applying for the Citi Simplicity® Card is a simple and quick process that you can do 100% online, from the comfort of your home. So have your personal info and documents at hand and let’s dive right into it.

Applying from your desktop computer

On Citi’s home page, locate the “Credit Cards” option at the top left corner of the page right below the Citi logo. Then, run your mouse cursor over it to reveal a dropdown menu.

In the menu, find the “0% Intro APR Cards” option and click on it. This will take you to the next page where all Citi cards within that category will be listed. 

Scroll down to find the Citi Simplicity® Credit Card, and click the “Apply Now” button right in front of it. This will start the application process.

Applying from your mobile phone

On Citi’s website, locate the three-line menu at the top left corner of the page and click on it. This will reveal a menu where you must click on “Credit Cards” and then on “0% Intro APR Cards”.

Then, on the next page, locate the Citi Simplicity® Card and click on “Apply Now” to start the application process.

Continuing with the application to get your Citi Simplicity® Card

Enter your first and last name, along with your Social Security Number and date of birth. Then, inform the website whether you are a U.S. citizen by selecting “yes” or “no”.

Now, scroll down and enter your address, phone number, and email address. You may, at this point, choose to provide a P.O. box address if you wish to do so.

You may also provide a home phone number. After that, scroll down and enter your financial information, including annual income and monthly mortgage or rent payment.

Check the box in case your total income is exempt from U.S. Federal income tax. You may also check the next box in case you wish to add an authorized user to your account.

Now, scroll further down to select a security word hint and create a security word. Then read the issuer’s “Terms & Conditions” before checking the box below it to confirm you are in agreement.

Then, check the last box to confirm you agree with the Paperless Terms & Conditions and the Alerts Terms & Conditions. Now click “Agree and Submit”, and you are done!
