1. Wells Fargo Reflect®

With its nearly 2-year-long 0% APR period, this card is one of the longest 0% intro APRs you will find.

The Wells Fargo Reflect® gives you 18 months of 0% intro APR from account opening on both purchases and balance transfers.

You can even get an extension of 3 months for the 0% APR period if you make on-time minimum payments during the intro period. The card also charges no annual fee.

2. U.S. Bank Visa Platinum

If you pay your cell phone bill with your credit card, know that if you do it with this one, you automatically become eligible for cell phone protection. This program covers damage or theft up to $600.

Oh, yeah, the APR! Once you open your account, you get 18 billing cycles of 0% APR. It is a long period for market standards. Balance transfers will incur a 3% or $5 minimum fee, whichever is greater.

But once you have transferred it, you will get your 18 billing cycles of 0% APR on that amount. Plus, you pay no annual fee for owning one of these. Beware, though, this card requires good credit to qualify.
