Applying from your mobile phone
On Chase’s website, locate the three-line menu at the top left corner of the page and tap it.
This will reveal a side menu where you must tap the “Credit Cards” option.
Then, on the new menu tap the “Personal credit cards” option. This will take you to Chase’s credit cards’ page. Scroll down and locate the Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus card.
Once you have found the card, tap the “Apply Now” option right below it. You have now arrived at the application form.

Applying from your desktop computer
On Chase’s website, locate the “Credit Cards” option at the top left third of the page, right between “Checking & Savings” and “Home Loans”. Once you have located it, click on it.
This will reveal a dropdown menu where you must click on the option “Personal credit cards”.
Then, on the next page, scroll down and locate the Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus card.
Once you have found it, click on the “Apply Now” button on the right side of the screen.
This will take you to a page containing the card’s rewards and benefits, as well as the application form.
Continuing with the Southwest Rapid Rewards® Plus card application
Enter your first and last name, along with your date of birth and your mother’s maiden name. Then, enter your Tax ID type and your Social Security Number.
After doing that, enter your address type along with the rest of your address (street, ZIP code, City, etc). Further below, enter your email address and your phone number.
Then, scroll down a little more and check the box to provide your electronic signature.
Below, enter your type of residence, employment status and total gross annual income.
A little further down you can choose to go paperless and receive your billing statements digitally only.
You can also add an authorized user to the card if you will.
Then, scroll down to review the card’s pricing and terms. After reviewing, check the box to confirm you have read it.
Now all you have to do is click on “Submit” and you are done!
